Tunnel Electromechanical Works
Electromechanical systems of tunnels located on highways and motorways are the most important part of traffic safety. Özgen Group has significant work experience in the creation of the structure of tunnel electromechanical systems, making calculations, designing, supplying materials, installing, commissioning, ensuring integration between systems, operating and carrying out maintenance and repair works. The main systems that ensure tunnel safety are as follows.
Energy supply and Medium Voltage systems consist of overhead and underground power lines, Energy Poles, Transformer Kiosks, Transformer and O.G cells. We provide services in designing the energy supply required for uninterrupted operation of Tunnel Electromechanical systems, obtaining legal permissions, product supply, field application and commissioning.
In electricity distribution centers, the related systems are available from energy distribution panels and control panels. It can be found in Generators and UPSs in different rooms of these buildings. We provide services in the preparation of the necessary project for the distribution of the medium voltage energy to the related systems after it is reduced to low voltage, making calculations, product supply, field application and commissioning.
Diesel Generator and UPS systems are installed in electricity distribution centers in order to ensure that the energy needs are met uninterruptedly, we provide services in the design of these systems, power calculations, product supply, field application and commissioning.
Tunnel Lighting and Control - Road Lighting System
We solve the lighting need in the tunnel and in the entrance area with professional partners in accordance with the International Lighting Commission (CIE) standards. In the lighting and control systems, in-tunnel luminaires and luminance meters of different power are used. We provide services in projecting the lighting system, making power calculations, product supply, field application and commissioning.
We solve the ventilation need in the tunnel with professional partners in PIARC standards. In the Ventilation and Control systems; Jet fans, Air Speed-Direction sensors and Air Quality Sensors (Co-Visi) are used. We provide services in the project of the ventilation system, power calculations, product supply, field application and commissioning.
In the Tunnel Camera system, there are fixed and mobile cameras in and around the tunnel. Camera images are viewed from the Tunnel Control center. Camera images are recorded up to a certain number of days according to the specification requirement. We provide services in the projecting of the camera system, product supply, field application and commissioning.
Traffic control system; There are lane control signs, speed limit signs, variable message signs inside and outside the tunnel. Traffic directions inside and around the tunnel are made by these equipment. We provide services in the project design, product supply, field application and commissioning of the traffic control system.
In the Public Announcement system; There are in-tunnel loudspeakers and control equipment in the control center. Automatic announcement system is activated in case of emergency. We provide services in the project design of the Public Announcement system, product supply, field application and commissioning.
Emergency Escape Sign System; It consists of illuminated signs used to direct vehicles and pedestrians to the nearest escape in extraordinary situations that may occur in the tunnel. These signs are Emergency Escape direction and distance fixture, led border button and escape door fixtures with arrow. We provide services in the design of the emergency escape system, product supply, field application and commissioning.
In the Emergency Phone System; In case of an emergency, the control center can be accessed through the telephones located in the niche at certain intervals in the tunnel or on the tunnel surface, tunnel entrance areas and distribution centers. We provide services in the design of the emergency phone system, product supply, field application and commissioning.
Linear and Point Fire Alarm System
In linear and point fire alarm system; The temperature change in the tunnel is monitored with the fiber cable drawn along the tunnel at the upper axis of the tunnel. The information obtained from the tunnel niches and fire cabinets is monitored. We provide services in the design of the linear and point fire detection system, product supply, field application and commissioning.
In the Radio and Wireless System; Inside the tunnel, there are smuggled broadcast cable pulled from the side walls of the tunnel, Radio Tower and antennas, and control equipment in the control center. We provide services in the design of the radio system, product supply, field application and commissioning.
Cable Transport Systems; Two on the upper axis along the tunnel, are installed in cable and water channels, Distribution centers, Control center and tunnel connections. We provide services in the project design of the cable carrying system, product supply, field application and commissioning.
In the tunnels, the fire extinguishing system is installed by transferring water from the pump room and the water tank to the fire cabinets in the tunnel through pipes. There is a fire cabinet approximately every 50 meters in the tunnel. The fire system inside the tunnel is set up according to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. We provide services in the design of fire extinguishing system, power calculations, product supply, field application and commissioning.
There are passages in the tunnels to allow passage between two tubes. In these passages, fire and smoke resistant rolling vehicle entrance doors and pedestrian entrance doors are used. In addition, the panel and SOS telephone niches in the tunnel must be fire and smoke resistant. Arm barriers are used at tunnel entrances and exits. In some cases, the traffic of the tunnel may be blocked, in such cases, the traffic is interrupted by arm barriers and diverted to different sides.
